Terms & Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once product has been shipped out or delivered.
  • All returned items must be in new, un-used condition, with all packaging, tags and information still attached.
  • Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
  • No re-stocking fees on special orders cancelled within 5 days of order placement.

Restocking Fees

For products picked up in store or delivered by Patio Star AZ a 15% restocking fee will apply.

For products delivered by freight or parcel carrier, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Closeout, Clearance & “As-Is” Items
Closeout and clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

Limited Warranty

*Re-sling service : one year factory warranty on standard sling fabric, labor not included.

Two year factory warranty on premium sling fabric, labor not included .

Warranty will be void for any Commercial purposes. No warranty for commercial project

such as Hotel, Apartment, Resort, Golf course, Beach house , HOA.

*Custom cushions: Five year Sunbrella Factory Warranty ,Labor not included.

Sunbrella offers a 5-year warranty on the fabric. However, Patio Star AZ cannot guarantee the outcome of any warranty claims

Warranty will be void for any Commercial purposes. No warranty for commercial project

such as Hotel, Apartment, Resort, Golf course, Beach house , HOA.

*Furniture Frame: Five year warranty on the Frame structural during normal usages only

(not including Finish, End cap, Feet , Casting and moving mechanisms)

All Furniture warranty claims through factory / distributor.However, Patio Star AZ cannot guarantee the outcome of any warranty claims

*All repair orders must be picked up within 15 days of notification. Failure to retrieve items within this period will result in a storage fee of $2 per day, per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
